[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I received a free bottle of Natrol Stress & Anxiety Formula, Mood & Stress Capsules from TryIt Sampling in exchange for an honest review. So, recently I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. I am not taking any medication for it but since I received this free bottle and tried a capsule for the first time, I felt very relaxed and was able to control any effects of stress or my anxiety. I am very happy that it is drug- free, promotes calm focus and relaxation which is great for me. These really seemed to help stabilize my anxiety and I wasn't worrying as much about things I can't control. I noticed I was calmer and more joyful with my children and I wanted to interact more with them and didn't disassociate and check out or anything like that. I will definitely continue to take these in hopes they keep things “manageable.” They obviously didn't “take away” my anxiety, but it seemed to help calm things down a bit - which is sometimes all I need. I would definitely recommend this to those who suffer from any stress, anxiety or mood swings. Thank you for the opportunity!

I love this product. I have been taking it now for 4 months. My family thanked me for taking care of myself. Things that use to bother don't bother me anymore. I take only when I feel myself feeling anxious. I only take 2-3 PRN. Thank you !
This is a great product. Calms the nerves without drowsiness. Please don't stop making this particular formula. I don't like the one with 5 HTP. That makes me drowsy.

I have had Anxiety attacks off & on for 15 yrs. I was taking prescription medicine only to have to deal with the side effects. I have weined myself off of the prescription medication & am now only taking Natrol for my Anxiety it is working really good & best part is there are no side effects. I am going t9 continue taking Natrol for my Anxiety.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure what to expect with these stress and anxiety capsules, but I am glad I gave them a shot. First off, they are a good quality product. I didn't mind the size of them but they are a little on the larger size. They are easy to swallow, though. They have a little taste to them but they aren't bad. You should take 4 of them each day to get the full effect too. The main thing I like about these, is that they are full of vitamins and minerals and not things that are bad for you. I suffer from anxiety and stress so these were a welcome product. They seem to help pretty fast too which I like. I will have to keep taking them to see if they keep helping. I do recommend these to people who suffer from anxiety and stress. You should at least give them a shot and see if they help you too. You won't regret at least trying them out. Pros: quality, effectiveness Cons: none so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me I get stress really easily and tend to get anxious over things very easily and that can really make things hard to get done and make me super moody and hard to be around sometimes so I figured these would be at least trying. Four starters a serving is four pills which might seem a lot but they are very smooth and with liquid I had no problem taking them and it's good for the whole day so you don't have to take them every few hours or anything. For me when I first started using them I did find I was slightly moody, it might have been my body reacting to the pills but as I continued using them I found while I still felt stress and anxious at times I felt a lot calmer and like my stress and anxiety was a lot more manageable and not weighing me down as much emotionally. I actually found that it allowed me to feel like I could get stuff done and it also allowed me to sleep better because I wasn't as worried all the time and stress. I also like that this had pretty much a month serving size so that you can use it everyday and get another pack at the end of the month. Overall other than some moodiness to start with I glad I tried these and will definitely continue using them in the future.
