This is probably already the 10th pack and I will order them again. I take them constantly on the advice of my doctor, I was tested for vitamin D and it is at a good level thanks to these tablets

The Natrol Vitamin D3, Bone & Joint Health Strawberry Fast Dissolve 2000IU has made taking my D3 vitamin so much easier. I love that it is chewable and has a GREAT flavor. Just blends so well. Not tarte or too sweet, at all. I can say I'm so thankful that I have it and knowing that it's 2000 IU, as a chewable, let's me know I'm getting the right thing for my body. Nortal has done a great job and I have started ordering more products by them also!!
I bought this vitamin D to boost my immunity during winter and to improve vitamin D levels because of this gloomy weather. Tablets are sweet and taste like strawberries, they dissolve in your mouth and that's great if it's usually difficult for you to swallow tablets. I take them after a meal in the morning or in the afternoon because vitamin D tends to absorb better that way. I didn't notice any big difference but I haven't been seriously sick this winter so they are obviously working.

As for taking this vitamin it does dissolve. It does not dissolve quickly and completely without assistance. You will have to aid it alot. You do not need water but it wouldn't hurt. I typically just treat it as a piece of hard candy to get it to dissolve completely.
Love this product because it's quality at a great price point. I need it for my immunity because I don't get enough sun. Packaging is okay. I feel like absorption is pretty good because I stay healthy despite my deficiency. My favorite things about it? Taste and size are great.
