I really do love the Natural Nutra Kelp because it has so many benefits. What I love best about this Kelp is that it is vegan friendly and has no aftertaste. These tablets are very easy to swallow, and they have a lot of nutrients to support my thyroid care. What I also noticed is that I am more energetic, which makes me feel so amazing, and I have nail growth, and they are looking great. I love those high antioxidants that the Kelp has for my body to stay healthy. What I also love to do, if I do not take one by mouth, is add one tablet to my smoothie mixed with oat milk, and I still receive those same nutrients that I need on a day-by-day basis. This Kelp product by Natura Nutra is full of Iodine and one tablet per day is recommended with food. 100 pills in a bottle so it will last at least 3 months. Iodine helps the thyroid work well and may be beneficial to normalize metabolism. This is vegan and a pure source of iodine.
Iodine is something our bodies need in small doses. I would definitely check with your doctor before starting these. That being said the pills are small and easy to swallow. There is virtually no smell or taste to them either. It contains 100 doses so a good value.
I have been taking the Natural Nutra Kelp with Iodine for about a week now. I have not noticed a significant difference since I have been taking it other than my gut issues have seemed to have improved. This supplement is to support Thyroid health, so maybe that is part of it. I dont have Thyroid issues, but my Mother did. Therefore anything that can supplement and/or keep my Thyroid healthy, I'm on board with. I have not had any side effects from these supplements and I plan to continue taking them to support my Thyroid health.
