I bought them to give me a calming effect. I think its been quite the opposite. I feel a burst of energy every time I take them. I am all over the place! I don't mind this at all. They taste good and the value is good.
Works perfectly after a day of too much activity, coffee, and visiting, and really helps you relax in order to get to sleep. AND, there is no residual effect the next day.
I bought these due to a magnesium deficiency that was causing leg cramps. The leg cramps stopped within a week. These Magnesium Citrate gummies are easy to chew, have a nice flavor, and do not upset my sensitive stomach. I am very happy with this product.
Please help my son calm down and stay calm! Super easy to give him all he has to do is chew them! This product has given Me back my happy son again! Cannot recommend this product enough!
I do feel the calm. Its as if I was missing something and CALM restore my sense of peace with out drugs. Its all natural! you can give it to your angry teen ager and watch them change.
I can always tell when the rage starts building up. Everything tenses up, I get tight in the chest. Usually, I just have to take a mental health break, but since I started taking these I can just continue my day without worrying about snapping. Although these gummies have been giving me some weird dreams!
Dr recommended for child who has had smearing in underwear. After a week, their accidents have significantly decreased. It’s been a month and they no longer have smears in underwear.
I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and these are mediocre. They do relax me before bed and make me sleepy, but I wouldn’t say they do much more than that.
I was so hoping to love these, especially as they were recommended by many! Unfortunately, it didn’t work with my stomach. Just know that inulin is added and it is a soluble fiber which may not be great for those with sensitive stomachs. I wish I’d know that before purchasing or had a chance to sample them first! Otherwise, many love them, so give them a try!
I wanted to like this- ive tried the powder before but hate how it made everything taste like seltzer. The gummies are disgusting- waxy taste, super chewy, and sticks to your teeth. 20 minutes after eating them i got stomach pains/heartburn that lasted for hours. I took them for multiple days to try and stick it out but they never got better. Refund please!
