Great product period . Ive used most of the other brands popular and obscure... Calm wins by far . It relaxes my movement in everyday activities and during exercise . Its available in most stores , in-person and online , plenty unflavored and flavored options calorie free .
I take this right before bed. I fall to sleep so easily.

Always a great product - great taste, effective at bedtime to calm and help with a better night of sleep. My only suggestions would be to include a scooper (or sell one that customers can buy and reuse in future purchases) and to convert from plastic to some other, more conscious, container. LOVE the product!!

This is a good product, It's taste is very good and easy to drink. I love it.
I started using this at the 1 tsp level off and on. Once I began using it religiously and temping up to 2tsps,my menopausal hot flashes completely disappeared. I was having 8-14 per day/night for the last 4 years and thought it was just something I'd have to live with. No More. It's really miraculous. I started taking it to help with regularity and it has also helped with that. 2 big problems, 1 easy solution and I love the Lemon Rasberry flavor.
Raspberry Lemon flavor magnesium is amazing! It taste great and I love adding it to my water and adding extra lemon! I never like magnesium because the taste is usually terrible but the raspberry lemon is fantastic! It's truly a game changer! It also is good for a bowel movement. It does take effect quickly, so watch how much you take. I love this stuff!!
