After 4 months, my muscles, hair and nails are so much better
The best magnesium forever
I have had issues sleeping partially due to restless leg syndrome. This really helped! If you have issues with that, give this a try! Great alternative from taking medicine.
I was first introduced to this product as a child to take before bedtime for relaxation. I have rediscovered it as an adult who is wanting both the calming effect and a calcium supplement. I enjoy my evening ritual and will continue to purchase.

I highly recommend this product if you want to wind down after a long and hard day at the gym. Plus the added zinc supplements to the already healthy magnesium. Wish I had know about this product sooner.

Calm Is used to help people to go to sleep as well as when you have cramps in your legs or anywhere else in your body instantaneously it does fix it there is nothing better on the market that I have ever seen calm is the best on the market
The Calcium doesn't dissolve along with the Magnesium completely, as the original, so it's always gritty near the bottom and difficult to swallow. I don't believe I'm even getting all the Calcium since there is leftover in the bottom and around the cup I can't get.
