my doctor recommended these to me and they have worked beautifully for me. I tried other brands even though he said Nature Made only. after I tried other brands I found out why he insisted I use Nature Made
Easy to swallow. Take same time every day, take with a glass of water . I take 1 tablet twice a day; instructions say to take WITH A MEAL. . Very pleased.
I've read that OTC vitamins are ineffective and therefore are not FDA approved. Be that as it may, they haven't had an adverse effect on my body (or mind)! So I will continue to take them!
I ordered my Nature Made Calcium Citrate thru Walmart Online Orders which are always delivered lickety-split. Maybe too lickety! I received calcium carbonate instead. I am currently taking these and hoping for the best, however HEADS UP Shoppers! Watch for the description when choosing vitamins and minerals.
I just noticed that this is not calcium citrate. I've read that the body absorbs calcium citrate best. So I won't be buying this again.
Ordered calcium tablets before ordering the liquid gel calcium. Forgot to cancel the 3 calcium tablets on last order. Do I return them?
The vitamin jar was shipped in a thin plastic bag with no padding. The cover of the jar was cracked and broken into 3 pieces. How am I supposed to keep the vitamins fresh with no cover?

The slowest shipper in the world, pony express could have been faster. The package was shipped 10/25, it arrived about 20 miles down the road on 10/26 4:22pm and it will not be delivered until 11/06.....slowest....................
