I have been taking flax seed oil on the advice of my primary many years ago. I have always felt better taking it and consider part of my daily regiment.
This brand is good -always works for me.
My Newfoundland gets a few supplements in his meals and this is one. I believe it helps his coat, skin and etc. At 200 lbs he gets one a day along with other goodies. So far it has not hurt and is recommended by my vet as well.
Good for the Heart and Inflamation
These gel pills are like a bone moisturizer for my body. I use to have aching joints before taking this daily. I am thankful and grateful for this product. I no longer have aching joints and for that I will forever be grateful for this brand.
Best way to get flaxseed in system. They are large but not hard to swallow.

This is so much better than fish oil. Nature made is the best. Made in USA . No burping and have so many benefits.
I haven't taken it long enough to tell if it will lower cholesterol.
I bought for the dog so I don't know about quality etc.
