my nails grow so much faster than before I was taking these,no more splitting and my hair is shinier
I have been on this vitamin for 30 years or more I tried another brand yes it took a couple months to realize something was missing. I switched back to nature made and felt so much better. I will not take another brand again.
Very happy with results so far with hair, skin and nails. My hair is already thick and easy to manage, but it seems to be smoother and fuller now. I tried these gummies because they were a "freebie". I was hoping for giod results for my brittle nails and easily damaged skin. So far, results are everything I'd hoped for and.more.
My mother in law's hair has been growing so fast %26 I asked her what was she taking and she said these vitamins. She gave me a bottle %26 I used them while I was visiting her. As soon as I got back home I ordered two more bottles. They're making my nails stronger which I wanted to happen.
This is a delicious way to keep your skin health in check.
Just started taking these and although not my favorite flavor I will continue to try it.

My review is limited and it would be unfair to review a product that deals with the hair, skin and nails after only a week. The gummies are somewhat soft, but do not break up except if the chewing is rather aggressive, for lack of a better term. They, however, do not have an unpleasant taste, so I am not opposed to continuing taking the gummies for at least the minimum recommended amount of time for the minimum results.
