I take one tablet by mouth once a day.
Since starting a Veganish lifestyle my Doctor recommended that I start taking extra supplements. I say Veganish since I'm not sure if these would be considered Vegan. I have only been using this Iron for about 2 weeks so can't really say if it has made a difference or not but I'm sure its helping fulfill some of the deficiency I may be lacking. They are small and easy to swallow and take 1 per day.
Every time I stop taking my iron pills.... I notice within a few weeks that I've stopped taking this. I have been taking one day EVERY day for the past 3 years. Works wonderfully!
Really like these iron pills. I don't have any stomach issues with this product like every other iron pill I've ever taken. Seems to be working as my energy levels are increasing.
I need Iron, and in the past took Spring Valley. These are comparable; easy to dispense, easy to take. I like the larger bottles (260 count).
I've been taking iron supplements for years now. I like the tiny pills, effectiveness, number of pills in one bottle and that they are pretty inexpensive. I take the dosage daily as recommended by my doctor and I am no longer anemic. I do take these iron pills with a vitamin C supplement (cheaper this way than using VitronC.) I've researched and found these are the best value at Walmart or Walmart.com.
Took this during second half of pregnancy to supplement prenatal vitamins. Good quality as expected from nature made. No bad after taste or noticeable side effects

This product is great and effective when you need a little boost with low roo.
My iron levels were extremely low, I took the nature made iron pills daily and they did what they were made to do. My levels increase to normal range.
