I have not had a single muscle cramp since I started taking this supplement. It is easy on the stomach too.

Have not noticed any difference in using this product but I know it's good for me. Don't like the large pills that are hard to swallow, but Like that it doesn't smell like vitamins. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Magnesium is from Magnesium Oxide which has a relativity low absorption rate. My bad. Magnesium Citrate has a much better absorption rate. Will purchase this product again.
