I have been using this product for months & love it , hard to find in drug store
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I needed to get a peaceful night sleep. I've been so busy with work, my kids, my house, family and the time change. I feel like I have no time for sleep. I have tried others before and I didn't like the way they made me feel. This one made me feel like a natural good night sleep and I felt rested when my alarm when off. Most of the time I have a hard time falling asleep or waking up during the night. Not this time. The taste and the feel of the softgel is not bad at all. This one is a keeper.

I can't believe you discontinued this formula. It was the only one that ever worked for me without a hangover. Your new "wellness" blend with less l-theanine has caused me to have horrible disrupted sleep all week. I wake up at after hours of sleep and can't fall asleep again. last night it was 2:00 AM today it was 4:00 AM - Just awful
The theanine helps you mind relax! The lists of things I need to do or fix or buy, slowly drift away into the background so I can fall asleep.

These are oblong softgels in a reddish color. Very easy for me to swallow in gel form. These are gluten free no synthetic dyes, and colors derived from natural sources, no artificial flavors. I've been taking these an hour to 45 minutes before I'm ready for bed and these do help a lot. I'm more relaxed and not laying in bed wide awake for hours. I've been having better sleep through the night and wakeup refreshed and ready to start my day.
