I preferred nature made multivitamin for her 50 without iron because it works. I could tell the difference and I have always come back to this brand. It's good and it works. 😊
I have to have a multi vitamin for the rest of my life due to a certain stomach surgery I've had. I've several surgeries on my bile and have to be caution with Iron since it tends to constipate... Since this multivitamin doesn't have Iron it is a complete game-changer for me and better for my overall health. I have lots of energy and I get the vitamins my body needs without the constipation.

I'm tired of adults vitamins being gummies! don't need the extra sugar and they stick to your teeth leading to tooth decay! what I really want to see is a capsule. much easier to digest and better absorption rate. I'm not a child I don't need a candy vitamin. please make a capsule as an option!
I specifically searched for a multi vitamin supplement with Calcium for an older Woman. This product only supplies 15% RDA. Not what I wanted.
