my Dr put me on this 34 years ago when i ran out (just once) couldn't find it anywhere in town years ago a friend was going to see family out of town and said she pick me up some. my legs hurt so bad i didn't realize what that vitamin did for me. my brother in law came in to where.i worked barely walking. i gave him a bottle and told him to try it . He came in 4 days later and said .... what the heck is in those i feel great. only the nature made works other brands are missing something
When you can find vitamins at a great price in the current times of now, it is a true treasure. Spring Valley is a fine brand that actually post on the bottle what each different type of vitmain they offer is for. That is always so nice to get a bottle that says what it helps with. Easy to swallow. to take, and will not break the budget.
I'll tell anyone that have needs a supplement for potassium this is it. My joints ached so bad before adding this daily tablet. After a couple of days those aches and pains were gone and I'm getting around much better.
These r the best money can buy. I take one everyday. It sure does help my leg cramps. I dont like eating bananas, so I take this pill and its much better. I highly recommend these to everyone.
I love Nature Made products. Potassium really keeps cramps away. I use to wake up with bad cramps in lower legs, and around rib cage. Almost like Charlie horses which we called them years ago. Tried other supplements with no luck. My dad told everyone to use potassium for cramps/spasms.
Bad description. Online description Says 550 mg tablets but doesn't say that only supplies 90 mg potassium. You have to read the label to find that out.
They are very difficult to swallow. No coating, chalky (get stuck in throat), odd shape (lengthy with edges), not easy on the stomach.
You notice there are no pics of the supplement facts? It because they are lying. This is NOT 550 mg.! There is only 90mg in each tablet. It says "from 550mg Potassium Gluconate" What does that mean? Do they crush up a 550mg tablet and divide it into six portions and then use fillers to make a new tablet which is only 90mg.? This only 2% of your daily recommended intake. One medium banana contains 358mg of potassium. This is PURE deception! Moral of the story: Eat a bananna.
