Have been using for yrs only brand ,& amt i c as n take amt not in stores.
I've been taking Nature Made B12 500mcg for approximately a month now and I feel great. They are easy to take and don't have any unwanted side effects for me.

My body does not feel tired as how it used too and it really makes me do my daily job without feeling exhausted throughout the day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking the B12 for about a month now and I see no difference in my body. I was hoping for an energy boost but I never got it. Maybe I am just not lacking in B12. However, the pill size is nice and small and easy to swallow.
Good product but had an expiration date of July 2024. I have some on hand and won't finish them by July. I'm not used to getting products with such near in dates.
