A good selection of Niacin supplements online. I could not find them anywhwere else locally or even on my pharmacys on line ordering. i was pleased to find the 250 mg tablets...otherwise i had to cut them in half. I experienced a bit of flusking, but not bad. I have to take this for my triglicerides.

Based on flush and tingle, this 250mg product is noticeably more potent than weak 100mg dose. This 250mg product should have a lower price, Same brand in 500mg sells for only slightly higher price, but 500mg is excessive for my use.
Great price with consistent potency make this a tremendous value!
It's my first time with this brand and I am happy with this 250mg dosage as I no longer have to cut the 500mg in half. Plan on purchasing again.

I've found that identical dosage amounts cause varying side effects. Sometimes when I take a pill it causes a very pronounced flush and itching, but other times I have little or no reaction. I take it the same time everyday with a full meal. I'm thinking the pills don't have consistent amounts of niacin in each one.
I had a serious flushing as soon as I took the first dose. It was such a dramatic response that I needed to go to Urgent Care. It did subside and I was alright after a while but I urge others to be cautious in taking this vitamin.
