Walmart quit carrying this product in the store, as did Walgreens and others. My doctor prescribed this medicine because I am low on iron. I went without for several months, then I saw that they can be easily ordered online and the order came quickly. I am pleased to be able to get these online without any problems!

This iron preparation really lives up to its name. I had run out of iron tablets and was unable to find Gentle Iron. My pharmacist recommended another iron preparation which was suppose to be easily digested. This preparation caused me severe pain, gas, loose stools, and loss of appetite. It took over a week to get over the effects of this preparation. Since obtaining Gentle Iron again I have had no problems. Going forward I will be purchasing the product several bottles at a time to insure I never need to change to another product.
Does not make me nauseous but I have a strong stomach. I take it with zinc because zinc will cause an iron deficiency which prevents you from processing dopamine which will then make you depressed. Also taking copper with zinc is very important for the same reason, except copper deficiency causes dramatic fatigue.
I like taken the gentle iron , it doesn't upset my stomach.
I've always as far as I can remember been low in iron so I e been taking these iron tablets for years. I was advised by my doctor to purchase an over the counter iron pill. I've tried several others and this has been the only one that's gentle on my stomach and doesn't constipate me. The tablet is small enough to easily take and I must say I haven't been low iron since taking this iron tablet.
I love these capsules. Easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. Will buy them again. Best part is 1 dose and my night blindness went away!
It is the gentle iron that was recommended by my trichologist, I think it was good as I did my blood analysis and my ferritin was insufficient , after taking the iron , the level was increased 🩸
