I have tried this for a short time. Have seen results. It does help i think working 12 hour night shifts.
haven't got to go real good chance to check it out but soon as I do I'm sure they'll be great
I had to regretfully return it. It was very pretty but way too big for me.

I take Ginseng but they are getting hard to find.Very pleased with these.
