Been taking them for almost 2 weeks, says takes a month to feel full benefits, having normal change of season stiffness, but not all over like used to, now just limited to right leg. So hoping it is a good sign it is working. The soft capsule is bigger than I was expecting but it is easy to swallow, slides right down throat.
