I've been using these vitamins for about 3 years. They're 100 percent natural and soft gel, so easy to swallow. There are no side effects that I have encountered. They are a brand I highly recommend.
This extra strength, magnesium glycinate stopped my leg cramps in the middle of the night, along with 100 mg of potassium
Very good product
I take Nature Bounty magnesium a couple of times a day to fight leg cramps and to keep my bowels regular. I take 1200 mg with a lot of water in the late afternoon, early evening and it works wonderfully for me. I like the get caps, instead of the tablets, it seems to work better.
I use Nature's Bounty Magnesium daily along with a probiotic for my gut health. Since starting I have been feeling great! Easy to swallow capsules and always great quality with Nature's Bounty!
i take these too help with the G/I issues associated with being on opioids. highly recommend. good for you all around and great price.
I.neverexpected it to arrive as late as it did %26 the price is outrageous for 75 capsules....will order a different brand next time!! This was a rip off!!!!
Raiting is for delivery. Thrown in a bag and delivered with hmp cord and arrived with the lid destroyed. Have not taken this product yet.
