I usually take gummies when taking vitamins but these are pills but they were easy to swallow. I like that it's a vitamin that can help prevent issues with my bones as I age since I'm a woman so I'm glad to take them and will continue taking these bc from what I've read they are excellent preventative supplements. I recommend these especially for women!

They are seemingly very effective and help with various issues, both short and long term. Now that o have started using them, I plan on adding them to my regular routine.

The directions say to take 1 to 3 pills a day. They are a pretty big pill and I've been taking two a day with no adverse effects at all. I definitely need more calcium in my life and help with occasional anxiety and calmer mood. I haven't felt any different this past week so I think they may need longer to see any effects since most supplements take around three months to see full benefits. Natures Bounty is always a go to brand for me because they use quality ingredients and have never let me down.

When you take this in your diet it helps with reducing the risk of osteoporosis. Their easy to swallow and with no after taste.

This particular blend is super high in zinc, and less in the other vitamins, but in a good ratio for absorption. I do find these to be a bit on the larger side and harder to swallow- a full dose is between one and three pills.
