This is the best stuff! They have been out of it everywhere and I had to go to a Sam's Club 2 hours away to stock up.
I always shied away from this type of thing...I HATE cauliflower...but this is good stuff! I'm impressed.
I love this cauliflower rice more than the frozen kind. Just sauté it in a little bit of avocado oil or garlic olive oil and add some onions and Bam do you have a flavorful side dish without all the soaking & steaming & CARBS of regular rice. I use this to make traditional Mexican rice weekly.
Have used one pouch of the Nature's Earthly Choice Riced Cauliflower (8.5 oz., 6 pk.) in a recipe to replace white rice. It seemed to absorb the sauce like rice would and we did not notice a cauliflower taste. This recipe used curry paste and that might have overpowered any cauliflower taste. Will try this in another recipe and report back if tasted any cauliflower taste.
this has a processed food taste I prefer the frozen better
Texture not that great compared to many others I've tried in eating this kind of product for over 3 years now. A LOT of liquid in this - hard to cook off to get true "rice" texture.
The quantity in the bags not enough to feed a family of 4, I had to use two bags of it in order to have enough. I prefer the Member's Mark cauliflower rice and it is more affordable.
Was yellow and smelled sour. The ones i have had from other brands are white and really good as rice
This stuff was SO watery that I old ended up with about 1/3 cup of cauliflower. Had a weird taste too.
This tastes bad. Have to mix it in with other things like a heavy sauce to hide the taste. My friend bought another brand and it was good but not this one.
