The best formula for a multivitamin I know and being liquid in a soft gelatin capsule it is more easily absorbed than a tablet. So glad to find the larger size.

I've been taking these vitamins for over 20 years and they give me lots of energy.
My husband and I have been taking Nature's Life Soft Gelatin Multiples for the past 20 yrs. We both see a definite energy boost (as opposed to not taking them).. We chose them because they are high potency balanced "B" vitamins and because they are liquid and more readily absorbed. When our local Health Food store closed, I didn't know where to find them and was thrilled to find Swanson's as our new source!
These vitamins are my favorite and I credit them for my good health and excellent physical condition. However, when I received them, I noticed residue and an orange sweat inside the bottle. I have been ordering these for years and have noticed the residue during the warm Summer months… but we are in the midst of a cold stretch here in the Northeast and this is the worst I have seen these Nature's Life vitamins.. the pictures below explain everything.
