I tend to wake up at least once during the night, so when I do, I get up and chew 2 tablets and then go back to bed and go back to sleep. I read that research shows taking a calcium supplement before bed can help you fall asleep and stay asleep. I take mine in the middle of the night, but it works for me since I usually go back to sleep and stay asleep!
Whole family likes these vanilla calcium tablets. You basically eat them like a mini-cookie The non flavored version are harder to injest because you have to chew them and probably need something to wash it down
I was looking for a chewable D3 & K2 vitamin for my children who have a difficult time swallowing pills. The magnesium is an added plus that could only help them. They LOVE the taste of these. However since they are so big, I need to cut them in half. I don't think anyone would be capable of chewing the pill whole, as is, it is very large. But great tasting!
The doctor said to take a calcium supplement as I have osteoporosis and didn't want To take fossimax. I'm hoping for beneficial results from this. This suppliment has vitamin d and k which will help also as I understand.
These are huge! Literally the size of a quarter and are loaded with carbs. The taste is not off putting, but not great either. Chewables are easier for me to absorb, but I don't think I would purchase again.

I choose not to like this product. I don't do well with chewable. I didn't like the flavor. Made me gag to swallow. I don't want to say its bad for anyone, I'm sure it's good, just not for me.
The very first ingredient is "Fructose", and there are other questionable ingredients listed in the formula, such as "natural flavors". This product contains "milk", so it is not conducive with the vegan diet. The taste is rather "chalky" and sweet with a vanilla base. Not my favorite. Sorry.
I really wanted to like these because they have the right combo of minerals, meaning I would have been able to cut down on the amount of supplements I have to take. Unfortunately, they are way too sweet and have a bad after taste that stays in your mouth. Almost made my stomach turn. Had to return.
Very chalky taste. Not sure if it is working but don't like chalky taste.
