Natures way products are amazing!!! I only use this brand for a lot of my herbs and supplements they are a stellar company! The 5htp is worth it for a better feeling of happiness and helps with sleep. I miss it dearly when I run out and haven’t ordered it yet. AC AZ
This is the best price I've found for NW 5-HTP. It makes a HUGE difference in the attitude of the family member who is taking it and has, therefore, greatly improved the quality of life for the entire family.
Use this at night to help me sleep. Added B-6 and Vitamin C seem to help, as I get better results with this brand than the other brands I have tried.
I've been taking this for a couple of months, and I am pleased with the results. My system tolerates it well, and I definitely notice a difference when I forget for a couple of days (I moved, and the supplement box got misplaced for a short while.... yikes!!). Great value, and an effective product. Works for me!

I have been using this product for several years to help control my anxiety. I prefer to not use pharmaceutical drugs for that purpose and am pleased that 5-HTP gives me relief. This brand is not only of excellent quality, it is also very economically priced.
The best supplement for anxiety..I take 1 to take the edge off
This seems to work well, picks me up within a couple of days of taking it. However I am switching to Swanson's brand HTP because this one contains B6 and I'm already taking several supplements that have B6 and I don't want to overdose on it! I do like that this one contains vitamin C as well. Oh and I also started taking this supplement because I have trouble falling asleep and it has helped a great deal! Usually I lay in bed for an hour or more but have been falling asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow after starting this supplement!

Anything with some Vitamin C is always a good thing! I cannot get to sleep with 50 mg of 5-HTP; this has a 100 mg. And the best of them all 8 mg of B6 can make you tired on it's own. But all together, sleep! For me.
