I purchased Acid-a-Cal in a local health food store. I found it at a cheaper price on Swansons and have been buying it since. It's an excellent source of calcium.
This is good for those who need additional calcium I take it and it is easy to swallow. It's also used for those who have difficut absorbing calcium.
I keep this product on hand all the time. I does what it says it will do.
