Natures way is one of the best companies hands down. Nearly all of their products have no additives or fillers. It cost a lot more to make products that way. This is a 10X concentrate so you are getting a great value. The higher the concentrate the more potent the supplement.
Product does what I want it's Swanson delivery I don't like..

I have been using the alfalfa max for a couple of years. I switched to it when the alfalfa I used to purchase locally was no longer available. I'm so glad I did. The potency and quality of this product is so much better and the capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste!
i started taking a couple of these before bed to improve my breath overnight and it seems to help enough to keep taking it. i also like the possibility that it has the plant form of vitamin K in it, although i will soon be ordering the MK-7 product because of recent research that found that MK-4 didn't increase serum vitamin K very much if at all, but the MK-7 from i think natto cheese increased serum vitamin K quite a bit. so, i will be switching to the MK-7 product while continuing to take the Alfa-Max because i do like it and it's kind of like eating an extra green leafy vegetable every day which i don't get much of.
This alfalfa has more punch to it than the others.
