[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tablets are on the larger side, but they have a silky smooth texture that helps make them easier to swallow in my opinion. The taste is a bit plant like, but not in a bad way, which makes sense as the calcium content is derived from plant sources. As someone who was allergic to milk as a child, my mom was always worried about me getting enough calcium and tried to get me to take so many different supplements. I can confidently say these are by far the best tasting ones I have ever tried and bonus points that they are not a chewable because I was never a fan of those.

I am taking these just after I eat the food as I have a sensitive stomach. The pills do not have discernible taste and due to their size, they are easier to swallow. I am hoping these will help me get over some bone-related problems I have and make my bones stronger.

One drawback is that they recommend taking 4 tablets a day. I already take quite a few vitamin supplements, and prescription medications every day, due to health problems. I would prefer only needing to take one pill a day instead of 4.
