Nature,s Way-Alive has a really good flavour. I take a capfull before each meal. after taking it for just a few days it has taken care of my bowel problem about 50%. positive

Easy way to increase fiber Have used for years
This has been a huge help in getting my husband's bowels moving again. He had a major stroke 14 yrs ago and has had trouble since, this and a probiotic were a last ditch effort to avoid surgery. So thankful to have found it!
