I usually take the tablet form of these multi's and wanted to try these as well. These work as well as the tabs and I recommend them with no hesistation for anyone looking for better overall health and energy. I have more stamina, endurance, and energy when I take these as opposed to comparable multi's on the market.
I absolutely love the Nature's Way Alive Vitamins & Whole Green foods blend. These vitamins make me feel so good. I take (6) of them after breakfast every morning and I have tons of energy all day. At first I thought taking the dosage of 6 caps to get the fill dosage was too much, but actually it works out pretty good and I don't have to take any other vitamins because this product give me all the i need. I would recommend these to anyone wanting a good multi-vitamin, multi-mineral and whole green food blend–all in 6 caps. Plus the price is very reasonable compared to other similar products.
I love this product. It's my go-to vitamin. I like that it's made from whole foods and has a lot of things in it that are usually expensive. Definitely recommend this product!
I have been taking Alive! for over 5 years now. Alive! gives me energy for the day. When I forget to take it I feel run down and not as- well alive. I am much more productive at work when taking Alive! Because it is from real fruits and vegetables I feel it is a better vitamin source. With the discount that Swanson gives, it is a good price. I would recommend Alive!, and as stated, I have used the product for over 5 years now.
This is an excellent product and it contains all the nutrients and ingredients that the body needs to sustain life. It's so beneficial because it provides the nutrition in a whole foods form that the standard American diet fails to provide because of farming practices and the depletion of nutrients from the soil. I love it because I'm getting everything I need to maintain optimum health and because it's so easy and convenient to take. It's also very affordable and well priced. I would highly recommend this product to anyone and I have recommended it to friends of mine.
I originally bought this product to supplement amino acids that I wasn't getting in my diet. For my health situation, it helped me loose weight and feel... Alive! After all of my research: this was far best when comparing vitamin content and price. I recommend this to friends all the time. The only downfall is that you have to take the vitamin three times a day. I personally take two pills twice a day, instead of two pills three times a day. Oh, you have to eat when taking this vitamin or you will feel nauseous.

This is the best multivitamin in terms of what's in it, the breadth of ingredients included and oddly enough, price too. I have tried multis that are 4-5x as expensive, have similar ingredient lists, but they are no better than this. This won't give you a burst of energy but read the label and see that it's got a lot of quality ingredients thoughtfully combined to give you a worthy multivitamin. There is a nearly identical item from same manufacturer, one has iron, other does not. Make sure you order the correct one for your needs.
I take ALIVE normally. This is a little different. I like 1 - 2 tablets a day and prefer a months worth in a bottle. This isn't something I would have normally purchased. You take 6 a day and there is only half of a month in this bottle. I don't know if I would purchase it again.
We have been using this product for years, but this new formula is very nauseating. My daughter's who have trouble taking the large tablets, have used these capsules without problems for years. However, whatever they've done to the capsule or formulation is not the same quality as before. I tried a few of these (I usually take the tablets) and can't take them either. As a nutritionist, I've recommended Nature's Way Alive for quite some time as a well-balanced affordable supplement. But I will be returning it. Very disappointed! Why change a perfectly good product? Have you changed sources for your ingredients?
