I felt better right away, and come to find out I was only taking one vitamin and was supposed to take three and I still felt better. Thats the difference of all natural vitamins verses chemical made ones. I always trust puritans pride.
These are the only vitamins my husband has consistently taken. For years, I have tried to get him to take a multivitamin on a daily basis. However, he has complained that he doesn't like swallowing large vitamins. I even tried giving him the chewable adult multivitamins to no avail. He didn't like them enough to eat them.
