I have been buying this for my husband for about a year. He (and I) can really tell the difference in his energy level with it. Though the pill is a little large he has no difficulty swallowing it.
Easy to swallow and supplies most of my supplement needs in one pill.

I have been using this brand and this formula for several months now, I love all the added Vitamins and supplements from the vegetables. I have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels as well.
I got my first bottle about a month ago, and I really enjoy all of the vitamins and minerals it has in this the pills are a little big but if you take one at a time it's fine. If you're looking for a good multivitamin I think you need to give this a chance and also the price is right
Tablets are manageable and taken easily with water
