Helps digest food especially if you don't eat enough vegetables. This help break the food down.
I have bought food enzymes before and cannot tolerate the smell. These have no odor! They are great and work just as well as the expensive enzymes I have bought in the past!

I have used thse enzymes for approximately a year now. There may be others that are better, but for me these work great and are affordable. They keep the stomach humming nicely.
This is a great product to try as your first supplement. This product helped me not only to digest my foods more effectively, but also helped me to produce more energy and achieve greater concentration at work. In my opinion this is a well rounded product that delivers noticable results. I appreciate the addition of siberian eleuthero to the formula!!!
