[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking these for roughly 3 weeks, and I am very impressed with them. I have arthritis and they actually help with my inflammation. A side benefit is that they also have magnesium, which is another vitamin I usually take, so I get the benefit of both. I highly recommend them.

While my adult acne is mostly under control, I was still getting cystic nodules right before my monthly cycle - no one likes the things, even if they only show up once a month. This product not only has kept the monthly cystic nodules away, it has also knocked out the random pimples I was getting around my cheekbones!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It says it supports joints but the root is supposed to also have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties too. The capsules are big so if you have an issue swallowing pills these may not be for you. That said, they were fairly easy to swallow with water and while there was a slight taste, it quickly went away. I haven't noticed any significant results yet but will be continuing to take them and update later.

My husband is taking as the package says, 2 pills 3 times daily (this is something he didn't love) 6 pills are a little too much… but all because the benefits . The pill have a good size and he didn't feel any secondary effects.

I haven't noticed any significant improvements yet but the product is a good addition to your daily vitamins. There isn't a strong smell or taste to it which is a plus, but the capsule is a little big in case that is an issue for some people. Another personal downside is the recommended dose is 2 capsules 3 times a day which can get hard to stay on top of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking this supplements about a month ago, I really like how easy are to take and add to my currently sailu dose of suplentes. I've noticed an improvement or better said a decrease in my joints discomfort. The supplements didn't bother my stomach at all and didn't leave an unpleasant aftertaste. It was easy to add them to my daily routine and have made a significant improvement on my joint health, I am ready to buy a second bottle once I'm trough with this one.

Pro's: It does help, especially with taking turmeric with it. Major enough to continue to buy? I can't really say I'd have to stop and start again, which I won't be doing. Con's: smells awful and requires taking too many pills per day. I wouldn't recommend it on that alone.
