Am important item for brain health!
This vitamin supplement can be used as a weight loss supplement. It is also good for the general nervous system. Not too many people are knowledgeable of Choline's benefits
We love the product.
Earlier in the one month accustomization period, but First for Women magazine advocates taking this daily. This particular pill is easy to take and easy to identify as it is yellow, the same color of egg yolks which are the main source of choline. You can eat eggs which are high protein or you can take this or both. I like eggs but not every day of the week.

After about two weeks of taking choline I noticed my dreams and meditations especially transcendental were more vivid and seemed to last longer or perhaps better remembered. I'm also obtaining seven hours uninterrupted sleep more often now.
