It's part of my vitamin intake daily and I feel great.
I have been taking Evening Primrose for past 17 years and I recently found the best one.
Easy to take a high potency Evening Primrose. No aftertaste and good for heart healthy living.
Very helpful with hormone balancing and general overall health. I believe it also helps me with cognitive and mental health. I take it with one high quality 1000 mg of Omega 3 and it works just as well as individual supplements. I follow a gluten and dairy free diet. Wish Natures Way also had the 500 mg dose in stock, in previous years I found it more helpful to take those throughout the day.
Best Evening Primrose capsules Ive found to ease breast tenderness from excess estrogen. One capsule daily does the trick. Hormone replacement isnt an exact science and Ive ended up with too much estrogen at the onset. My doctor recommended I try Evening Primrose to ease breast tenderness. I tried several brands but EfaGold Evening Primrose Oil capsules is the best! Walmart.com has the best price for this supplement being at least $5 cheaper than other stores...
I have been taking this for over a year now. I take this for the hormone benefits and it helps with PMS symptoms, but I love the way it makes my hair feel.....very soft and healthy!

This is the second brand of prime rose that I've ordered and tried from Swanson's. These supplements seem to be more effective that the first brand that I tried. I believe being consistent helps you to get the best out of these supplements.
