I found Peppermint Plus to be quite refreshing and a great value from Swanson's compared to the pricing in our local health food store in town.
this product works great for me I would recommend it .
Easy to use, small tablet and does the job!

I have 3 days taking it and i dint see a diffrent im mixingvit with ginger root extract for my digestion...
I have used this product for several years and found it to be very good for the purpose it is intended. I particularly like the Enzymatic Therapy brand. Price has gone up in the last year, but that, I guess, is to be expected. But ordering from Swanson's is still the best!!!! I also ordered a bottle for my daughter and her husband, and she said she loves this product!!!!
Works well for ibs symptoms
I suffer with IBS- D and this product really helps to soothe my digestive track, and calm my symptoms.
I use this supplement between meals as needed and found it helps smooth out the digestive process and provides comfort. I like the addition of Rosemary and Thyme, and the ingredients are an oil extract and not a powder.
I have found this to be very helpful to me in calming my stomach after too large of a meal or one that may have been a bit spicy.
