Nature's Way Kelp Capsules - I love them. I didn't want a pressed, hard tablet and all the binders. This is just a plain cap with plain Kelp. And the new bottle design is SQUARE so it sits on my supplements shelf (slats) better than the rounds. Great flip top too. My favorite Kelp ever.
This Kelp is the best source I have found to meet my needs for iodine.
These Kelp capsules got my thyroid back in normal labs by taking 1800 mg a day. Very grateful.
I think this product is helping me to maintain my weight. After 2 kids in 3 years I saw my picture and decided that I don't want to look like that anymore. I started on carb counting diet. My weight was going down but as soon as I had a day with some more carbs it would shoot up again. I was already taking supplements and found some info about Kelp and iodine. After researching it a little more I decided to try it. I am so glad I did! I take one a day and I see my weight has stabilized. I can eat more different products and my body doesn't react to it like "let's put it to fat storage". I bought multivitamins without iodine and I think I am well covered. I would recommend this product, but if you have problems with thyroid - talk to your doctor first!
I am happy, but it gets harder and harder to reorder via email. No help from the Philippines either.
If you use kosher style salt you need this
I've used an entire bottle over a period of time and have seen very good results. Most Americans have a shortage of Iodine in there bodies. This is because of less and less being used in foods and salts being taken in. I was mostly cold too. This has helped my body warm up in air conditioning.
I like everything about this item except the shipping should be closer to order date

Every child in the family, ages 16, 19 , and 21, plus myself, take one of these a day. This is a good product that is needed for the body. We have gone through a couple bottles already. We will be buying some more in the near future to maintain our health.
