I take this with black tea at breakfast and it calms my stomach. I can go to work without feeling that I have to keep going to the restroom. I just wish it came in individual packets so it is easier to take to lunch or eating dinner out.
I use Ezymatic Therapy Megazymes daily as part of a daily cleanse. I took a class on keeping the colon clean and multiple enzymes were recommended. I like this bran. I feel so much better, when I'm taking two tablets in the morning on an empty stomach and at bedtime on an empty stomach. It allows the enzymes to get to the colon to digest anything left over and help remove it.
This wonderful product has really helped with my digestive system..I take it before a meal, and it has curbed the discomfort I would get after eating and the price is the best I have found.
This is it... look no further. The best digestive enzyme bar none! I was paying $30+ for this bottle at my local health food store. Again my hats off to Swanson for the best prices, on the best products available,
The product I am reviewing is by Enzymatic Therapy that helps with digestion. I was once on 7 different pharmaceutical medications before trying Enzymatic Therapy. Now I am on this taking 2 tabs before each meal and no longer am taking any pharmaceutical. Hope this is always on the market because it has helped me to eat right again.
Have used many brands of enzymes, many worked fine. But I especially find this brand works best for me. Really pleased.
I started using Mega-Zyme maybe 15 years ago and was paying double Swanson's price. This digestive enzyme tablet does what I expect it to do and that's why I'm still using it.
I have no symptoms of indigestion like bloating, gas, etc when i take it with a small cup of store bought refrigerated tea. It comes with 10X of pancreatic enzymes which is what is recommended unlike in other brands that have only 4X. I just place some in a small clear plastic bag when I travel.
I don't have a gallbladder and have celiac disease and Megs Zyme is the only enzyme that helps me
