For the past several years, I've had issues with being bloated or filling up after a few bites. I just ignored it. Im so so glad Influenster sent me these, or i probably never would have had relief. The actual capsules are vegetarian and easy to swallow. Take one a day with a glass of water. I had no adverse effects and didn't even realize i had taken something until it started to work. It contains a Proprietary Probiotic Blend providing 5 billion CFU. We are always so concerned with taking care of our outsides we often forget to take care of our insides. And gut health is where it all begins. I definitely recommend these.

This contains 4 different strains of probiotics and will get you through about 3 months if taken as directions say. I got a slight case of constipation when I started these which is normal with any I take and assures me that the probiotics are active. It clears up within a few days.

They are very easy to take and do not leave any after taste. I like that this probiotic has 4 strain nutrition to help with gut health. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my own gut health after taking these for a few weeks. And I also love that you take these just once daily. Best to store in the refrigerator to keep the potency. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their gut health.

I had been having some stomach issues and was hopeful this would help. I started taking it right away, and did find it was a bit helpful. Unfortunately, I also found out I have a bit more severe issues happening, so adding a probiotic won't be enough for me. But if you are looking for a way to boost your health, this may be a good option.

However, it means it is good for people who have chronic stomach problems when eating foods such as red meat or greasy foods. I would recommend taking it every few days for those who have stomach or gut problems frequently. It's a good natural alternative to taking pepto or tums.

I can't say they are better than other probiotics because I have not tried many. I did not experience anything weird while taking these so that's a good thing, but my stomach felt the same, not in a bad way. For about a week and a half these WRECKED my insides. We're talking bathroom on bathroom on bathroom time. It got to the point where I was googling if this was actually a laxative. But!! I stuck with it and it stopped and now I feel like it's helping with my gut health. I'm more regular and feel a little bit better. This can absolutely be a placebo though. Overall, it's okay but be warned!!

I felt like it was easier to digest food, I had less bloating and stomach pain. I do have acid reflux from not having a gall bladder, so a daily prebiotic was prescribed to me by doctor and this brand has been great.
