It has lactobacilus reuteri and rhamnosus which are both known to help rebalance the gut and alleviate symptoms of GI distress. I have IBS and felt like this probiotic in particular helps ease my symptoms. Huge fan of this supplement.

I don't have a lot of gastrointestinal issues but I notice less bloating since I've been taking this. It's easy to take because the capsules are small. I have not experienced any bad side effects. The only concern I have is that they recommend refrigeration. This could be a hassle if you, like me, prefer vitamins/pills all stored in one spot.

The instructions are easy to understand. The ingredients are written bold and simple to read. By the last day of taking this product , I already had placed an order for my next month supply . My only concern was the bottle wasn't easy to open . But overall this product is now apart of my Healthy daily vitamins .
