[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a big fan of capsules but when I saw Niacinamide on the bottle, I was sold. It's s great ingredient for skincare and acne. I love me some niacinamide in my skincare and taking them as a supplement, helped my skin a lot. It's more glowy, tighter and smoother. It also helped my hair to become stronger, less hairfall and my dandruff is less noticeable now. I hope, it will completely go away with regular taking them. Also I have noticed I no longer suffer from bloating or anything. Even though, I don't like capsules, I still look forward to taking one per day. I usually take one cap at night before my bedtime and after my skincare so I don't forget to take them. Easy to sallow and very effective. I did a little bit of research and Vitamin B3 is very important for me and everyone else. It has very low side effects so most of the people are safe to take them. Just make sure if you're not at risk for taking them. I would recommend everyone to start taking Vitamin B3 if you're suffering with deficiency.

With 100 capsules at 500mg each, the value is great. I usually experience flushing with niacin but this is non-flushing which I found to be true.

I read lots of information, and reviews of the many different benefits of taking niacinamide. The bottle has an easy to open flip top. The capsules are slim and easy to swallow. I have been taking these for 3 weeks and I feel pretty good. I am taking this after my morning workout with a small meal. I can't say for certain that this is helping with my energy levels or not. I do feel an overall continous, alert, energy since I started taking these. I am looking forward to seeing the benefits of continued use. Incentivized

I received the Nature's Way Niacinamide Capsules, have been trying them for about 3 weeks now. I have notice a change in my every day routine, I have more energy throughout the day. I seem to be in a much better mood and on top of that I have noticed my skin feeling more smooth. In all honesty, I was really hesitant when trying oral products but after doing my research and seeing good results after trying it, I am glad I really had the chance to try these Niacinamide Capsules. I always like to look into the brand when trying a product and was convinced after seeing that Nature's Way is definitely a reputable brand when it comes to quality ingredients.

I heard they are good for making your skin smooth and shiny but I haven't seen any difference from what my skin normally looks like. The effectiveness of these is kinda up for debate, I didnt really notice any super big changes. If anything, my acne kind of got worse as a side effect. But that could've been due to a lot of things. Taking supplements is never something I do regularly, so this was kind of something I'd probably not do again.
