I have been taking this product for several years and will continue to take it. It has nothing artificial in it and that is why I take it. I do not have to worry that I am putting anything into my body that is not healthy for it. I would recommend this product as a much cheaper alternative to Juice Plus. I used to take Juice Plus and was concerned that they did not list on their label how much was in the product and this product does. I feel confident that this is a far superior product for a fraction of the cost of Juice Plus.
"I switched to this from Juice Plus months ago, before reading SteveF's review here. We were thinking exactly the same. I think the nutrients captured here are identical, or nearly so. I wish some lab would do a comparison of not only ORACs, but other qualitative similarities and differences between this Nature's Way and the JP+. I do believe this is high-quality. I've come to respect this brand more and more in past year. Nature's Way has other potent food delivery systems also, but for now I stay with this."
Just due to the fact it is hard to get all the fresh fruit I would like to eat within one day, I take these as "insurance" to get those phytonutrients or other nutritional factors which science hasn't discovered yet. (I also take the Veggie caps product offered by Nature's Way, in the evening.) I give these to my teenagers as well, and their health and skin have benefited. The capsules are easy to swallow, and Nature's Way is top quality. Definitely a good addition to any nutrition program!
Taken in conjunction with the Garden Veggie supplement, this is a great was to easily up your fruit and veggie intake. Reasonably priced to boot.
As a former Juice Plus Rep, I have to say Garden Veggies are just as good as the Juice Plus Vegetable Capsules and at a much better price point. If you are looking to supplement your diet with more vegetables this is an excellent product.
I was looking for something comparable to Juice Plus and this seems to be an identical product for the fraction of the cost. This combined with the Garden Veggies is a good supplement.
Easy to take, doesn't have grapefruit in it so it doesn't interfere with my medicine. Has helped with my energy level

I like to think that this product improves my health. I don't always eat the right foods in the proper amounts. I take these to supplement my diet. I honestly don't know if they help or not.
