I've bought this brand of Valerian for years and I have found that its by far the best one! Its gentle on my stomach and it does help me fall asleep.
I have always had a difficult time getting to sleep and don't always feel rested even after a solid 8 hours. I've tried herbal teas and other similar products, but this is absolutely my favorite. It's gentle on my sensitive stomach, helps me get to sleep easier and in the morning I feel well rested - never groggy.
This product allows my wife and I a very restful sleep.
This form of valerian doesn't have the strong offensive odor of others and is easy to consume. My sleep has benefitted to my adding this to my supplements.

I read an article in a magazine about the benefits of Valerian with Lemon Balm. Swanson's was the only place I could find it and I've been buying it now for years. It really helps relax me to sleep without feeling obviously "drugged". And the best thing about this....it doesn't smell like most brands of Valerian do! I am never, ever without this in my house!
This tablet works most of the time, so it is not fool proof.
