liked the 60 ct size bottle
B-50 complex, they work, not a huge overdose, I take one about every two or three days.
I have used this item many times. The capsule is easy to swallow and it's been my standard for quite a while
These are okay, but when it came time to reorder I found a better buy from another company, so I bought theirs instead. The new bottle also holds a lot more capsules, so I won't run out so fast. Although these are okay, I prefer getting a better buy, so I probably won't be buying these again.
