I am a believer that Vitamin C is necessary for maintenance of one's well being and there is a lot of research out there that agrees with my conclusion, if you look for it. I like the large milligram size capsules so I do not need to take so many smaller ones on a daily basis.

The vitamin c-1000 seems to be good; although I feel the pill is probably too large in physical size; including my wife; she has hard time swallowing it. Cut it half, lotta work for taking a vitamin C pill. Probably should be in capsule form.
Increasingly read recomendations - from authors I trust - about taking much more dailly vitamine C that is usually required. I find the health of my eyes benefit from it and my general defenses at my age. Easy to take one 1000 mg cap with breakfast another in the afternoon with a meal. I think have found convenience, good quality and price.
all the vitamins are very good been taking them for approximately 10 years very happy with them except for this last bottle of berberine it was very bad all filler no berberine
