My Mother who is 90 years old been drinking this vitamins…
First and foremost, I dislike tablets since they dont dissolve as effectively as capsules and softgels do. I literally opened up a capsule and tasted the powder and it tasted exactly like a citrus fruit. The majority of Vitamin C supplements only show ascorbic acid but this supplment has bioflavanoids which is the anti-oxidant portionoif the vitamin C. This is the closest to true vitamin c in a calsule you will ever find.
I did a lot of research to find the best Vit C 500mg (which is the most you should take at one time) and found that you should be taking one with Bioflavonoids. Nature's Way filled the bill. I am very happy with it and take it twice a day. All the recommendations and my doctor said that over 500 mg at a time is excreted through your urine and is a waste of money. I can swallow these capsules easily. They are not too large. I can buy Vitamin C cheaper at Sam's, but they do not have Bioflavonoids. I will pay the extra to get what is best for your body and health.
