They are very high quality, and have 125 mcg of cholecalciferol which is great! Great to take to improve your immune system. If you are looking for a vitamin d3 supplement, buy this one!

Thus far I have not had any side affects or any bad reactions. I take 1 capsule a day after I eat with a glass of water. I haven't been taking them long to know for sure if the claims are true. The Vitamin is a great size. Not to small to handle and not to large to be too big to swallow. The packaging is nice, I like the unique square shaped bottle. It is supposed to support healthy bones and immune function. They are for strong bones and teeth. It's a dietary supplement that comes in soft gels. I don't really like soft gels, but these were fine, easy to swallow. You only need to take 1 a day with food. It's easy on the stomach and doesn't taste horrible. There was no horrible smell or bitter taste like other vitamins.
