[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this every day while on my period and my energy greatly improved! The taste isn't bad and it is gentle on your stomach. Would recommend and buy again, especially if you struggle with iron deficiency
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking this out every day for 10 days now and I can tell I have more energy with this. I've suffered from anaemia in the past and I think this makes me feel more stable overall. I take it out after working out and taste is great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This literally saved me from going to get infusions for the month! By no means would I replace physician recommendations but always ask! After getting the okay, the nutrients is there, the product is effective . It taste like liquid medicine but without that sharp taste . Bearable and can be mixed .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Liquid Iron is real easy to take. It's a very thin liquid, not thick at all, and tastes like berry! It's essentially like drinking a sip of berry water. It's easy to take whatever quantity you need for your body, which makes it a great way to get more iron on a daily basis.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to ingest and tastes okay mixed in just water. Has no medicinal taste. Tried taking it once by itself with no water and it tastes like juice concentrate. Any benefits to health is not noticeable but I'm sure it is there.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as iron supplements go this one is pretty good. Iron supplements tend to be really hard on my stomach and I was a bit concerned about this one being liquid. I'm able to tolerate but certainly always after the largest meal of the day. Good flavor.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iron supplements I've always taken have been gummy's, so I was pretty excited to try out a liquid form! The overall taste was okay. It definitely had the artificial sweetener taste to it, which is fine, however the aftertaste was a little weird. It had zero taste of iron though! I noticed that within a few hours of taking it, I felt less tired, however that could just be me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who doesn't like taking pills, I appreciate that this is a liquid! After taking it for awhile I can conclude that I like the berry flavor, and It doesn't have a medicinal taste either. It helped me feel less tired in the morning but I'm not sure if it helped with my iron levels as I did not get any blood work to check its strength. I'll be buying this again after I finish!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this nice size bottle. It is sugar free and berry flavor, the taste is not great but still tolerable unlike other medicines or vitamins. It has good ingredient and again sugar free. I think it's a great product if you need more iron!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this iron supplement by influenster and natures way in exchange for my honest review. I received Natures Way liquid iron optimize levels 18 mg per serving. In the berry flavor. It is sweet, really sweet. The first time I tried it, I tried the recommended serving. It gave me a bit of a stomach ache. I waited a day or two and and then started taking only a little bit and that seemed to go better. I'm getting used to it. Liquid iron supplements can taste quite bad so I would say that this is a good option if you want the benefits of the liquid in something that doesn't taste so bad. I recently tried a Strawberry flavor of a different brand and it was absolutely awful and I could hardly swallow it without getting nauseous. This was a much better option even with as sweet as it is.
