Apparently quality control at the factory was terrible. Bought 3 times and each had a different issue. To set up the robot the first time you must install a firmware update via USB cable from your computer. After that, you can use your phone to complete setup. No other vacuum robot brand can compete with the vacuum performance of Neato. Neato's navigation is also well above average, plus it can vacuum in the dark unlike camera-based robots.
The seller is very helpful to resolve some of the issues I had. I would recommend to buy from the seller.
Very easy to set up. Does a good job vacuuming. The filter gets clogged up fairly easy so have to clean it but that's to be expected. It has a good sized collection bin.
I have past experience with Neato products and needed to replace and older one that I had. They have awesome products.
I love Neato. I run them til they die and then get a new one. This is the first Wi-Fi one I have owned. My last one lasted 7 years. Easier to clean the dirt bucket than roomba.

The robot vacuum won't connect to my android or apple phones. The customer support wont respond. Im returning it and don't recommend it!
The Robot has never worked from the day i got it! Been working with Neato but after 30 days it still has never even worked once!!
